Deja Vu All Over Again
When I was working for VoteHere, we provided voting software for some of the 2003 pilot elections sponsored by the ODPM. I didn’t spend a lot of time on the ground here in London but a number of my comrades did. Imagine my surprise when I turned the corner and stumbled across these old haunts on Cromwell Road while I was checking out the neighborhood surrounding a flat!
